Project Day 91 - Installing Outlets & Lighting

Busy day for electrician, Ritch, and assistant, Andy. When Dave and I arrived, they had all the outlets, switches, and cover plates scattered at each outlet location. Ritch had been busy installing all the breakers in the panel box in the garage.

The guys hung about half of the ceiling fan/light combos and about half of the small ceiling-mount lights.

Congratulations to Andy (the singing electrician). He has recorded a CD and one of the songs was picked up by a local radio station and is being played on air!

It rained heavily all day. And, in the midst of the rain, the AmeriGas installer came to the property to scope out the task that lay ahead to install our LP tank. He will return when we have the range installed. He will have to dig a trench to bury the gas line so that it goes under the gravel parking area for the RV.

We left about 2 PM as Dave had a doctor's appointment. In the evening, we attended a worship meeting as a follow-up event to the Walk to Emmaus retreat that LD attended a couple of weeks ago.

We shall all be at the lot bright and early on Tuesday as Dave and I are hosting a luncheon for the work crews that will be on sight tomorrow.
